With operations spanning throughout regional and remote areas of the Northern Territory, much of the NT has been travelled by the Aus North team! From the greater Darwin area to Tiwi Islands and Borroloola (just to name a few) our work has taken us to some of the most remote areas of this incredible place in which we live.
From residential customers upgrading their air conditioning in time for the build up, to remote clients who take comfort in knowing their equipment is set up to last throughout the seasons (including when they are cut off from the rest of the world during the wet). At Aus North we take pride in delivering a high quality service in which our customers and clients can trust.
Cold Room and Freezer Room Build

This customer went for the works. Opting for full 100% back up units in both freezer and cold room with a simple manual change over switch. Glass display doors with LED internal lighting making the products on display look fantastic. In addition, a custom-built vandal proof plant room for the outdoor units.

Cold room and freezer room supply and construction with associated refrigeration works. This customer opted for our black epoxy flooring and mill finish extrusions. Weather proof condensing units were installed with corrosion protection added to the evaporator and condenser coils.
Classroom air conditioning and air ventilation system installation
Thamarrurr College Wadeye ( Port Keats ) NT
This is one of our latest remote construction projects completed for SH Build. This project included the supply and installation of 6x 14kw Mitsubishi Heavy Industries ceiling cassette split systems complete with Air Change fresh air supply systems interlocking with air conditioning systems. This project was completed with great success with the help of SH Build. These guys definitely know remote building in the NT.

Cyclone shelter Upgrade

•Additions and modifications to the existing community center (cyclone shelter)
•Demolition/removal of unwanted/unapproved external structures and building
components. Remove container located on the Northern Boundary to the EARC
compound
•Construction of new air conditioning system within community building
•Construction of a separate building to house new generator & mechanical units
•New roof drainage & guttering to the existing building
•Concrete walkways to the perimeter of the building
•Electrical mains upgrade
